Our approach is to provide professional guidance and support throughout every aspect of the intervention, letting our clients know that they are being served by competent and caring professionals.
Recognizing that each intervention is a unique experience for the family or business, we believe what may work for one group may not work for another. Nothing is taken for granted and we ensure that everything is done to make the intervention a success.

I have always felt honoured and privileged to be part of people’s change process. I love intervention work because I can draw on all my skills and knowledge in mental health and addictions, my experience with the family system model and from my own experience of recovery for an eating disorder”
Intervening to help a troubled person and their family is intriguing, challenging and a rewarding service.

Jade’s personal background, as well a professional experience makes her well suited to work with individuals, youth and families dealing with addiction, mental illness, and other destructive behaviours. Compassionate and caring about the struggle and pain of addiction, she has focussed her career on helping people find recovery and resources needed to rebuild the family. With over sixteen years experience with addictions and employment in the criminal justice field, she is able to work with challenging and diverse populations with a non-judgemental and accepting approach. She knows that often without outside help things do not change. One of the most loving things a family can do is ask for help, realizing they cannot fight addiction on their own. She is skilled at assessing situations independently and providing a personalized recovery plan and follow-up, with support at every step.
Jade’s previous experience also includes group facilitation for substance use, women centered issues, mental disorders, emotions management and relationship violence.
With outside help and the family united, we can bring the bottom up for a loved one and offer recovery and a new way of life.
